The terms that keep things simple

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Grocery LISS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Grocery LISS.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use Grocery LISS for its intended purpose — creating and organizing shopping lists. You may not use the service for any unlawful activity or in any way that harms us or other users.

• You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service's security
• You may not access or scrape the service using automated means without permission
• You may not redistribute or resell the service without our consent

4. Intellectual property

Grocery LISS, including the software, design, logo, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service, not to own it.

You retain ownership of the content you create and store in the app, such as your shopping lists.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available through a Premium subscription purchased in-app from the App Store or Google Play. Payments and renewals are handled by the app store, and you are responsible for any fees charged to your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings, in accordance with the store's policies.

6. Acceptable use of shared lists

When you share a list, you grant others access to view and edit that list. You are responsible for who you share lists with and for anything they do with shared content within the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Grocery LISS if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
